If you have personally burned your VOTE, you may ask the Foundation to return your Governance Stake to you by posting in the Foundation's category of the forum. The Foundation will process your request within 14 days.

If you have been removed from the DAO per the processes outlined in ‘Remove Bad Actors’, you forfeit your Governance Stake.
